ii. Attested Photo Copy of M.Sc First Semester Marksheet
(If not, Online result statement of marks with HOD's Signature.)
iii. Bonafide Certificate from the Head of the Institution in the prescribed format (click here for the format).
iv. Recommendation letter (click here for the format).
